this company is a scam!!! my dad tried the "introductory special" probably a year ago, and attempted to cancel in Jan '09. The shipments actually did stop for awhile, but started back up with a vengence probably around October...tried writing "return to sender - cancel" on the bags, but since they shipped using UPS the post office wouldn't take them, and to return using UPS costs about $20.
