Bianca is a cabin crew member on the Sydney to Byron Bay route during the last week of October 2009. I haven't met a more rude, obnoxious and racist cabin crew member. We had an altercation with her when she attempted to treat the boarding call as a classroom, and yelled at us for pushing in while trying to line up in the cramped Byron Bay gate area.
