I ordered Denta White on the website on 11/26/09. I received the product on 12/5/09 and was charged on 12/6/09 because my 10 day trial period was over on 12/6/09. It took 9 days to receive the product and could not cancel on Saturday 12/6/09 without being charged. Total scam and the best they could do is offer me 1/2 off the price.
