Dear sir/madam I would like to bring to your kind attention to the what happened to me in the Heathrow airport. I was a passenger of BMI air line on 11/12/09 flight number 932.The flight had delayed and I missed the connected flight to Toronto.I was worried that I couldn't arrive at Toronto on time. bmi airline was trying to send it's passengers by other airlines, but they didn't give us a promising time and told us they send us whenever there are vacant seat. regarding this I decided to buy a new ticket from another air... read full review »
