I ordered my computer and put down my deposit under the understanding that I would get my computer while making my payments. When I didn't receive my computer like promised, I called and cancelled. Of course they always told me that there were no supervisors available and it seemed like I talked to the same three people every time I called. They informed me that I could use the down payment as in store credit but they would not refund my money.
