I am the building Manager at a property located in the District Of Columbia. On 12/14/09, a customer rep. from the Washington gas call and wanted some information from one of my previous tentant that had reside here. I explain to the Rep. that this individual had move back in June of this year.The rep. then ask me, who was going to pay for the use of service, since this individual no longer reside here, and I told her that Washington Gas would have to take the loss, since no came out here to disconnect the service.
