Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding a credit card (4477474354961008) with ICICI bank. In the month of October 2009, I have received a phone call from ICICI Chennai CC Dept. offering me a 12/24 months EMI facility The customer care executive told me the processing fee and EMI for 12/24 months and assured me that it will be converted.
