I, too have been had by these people. I did order their product on 11/14/09 for a a risk free trial for 17 days, but I NEVER recevied the product. I called on the 17th day (12/1/09), told them I had never recevied it, nor did I want it at that point. The rep told me my account was now cancelled at my request and I would not be charged anything from that point forward. the very next morning (12/2/09), that infamous $79.62 was placed on hold in my account. so, I called back. that rep told me that the hold would "fall off", but it... read full review »
