I recently sold an item on an on-line auction and pre-paid the UPS shipping label. It was supposed to be a 3-day delivery, but after two weeks I was notified that the package had never arrivbed. Upon checking the tracking number, I found that the package had never left the UPS Store that I had dropped the package off at. Upon calling both UPS and the UPS Store to inquire about the package, I was constantly passed on to several different and very rude who denied ever having recived the package for shipping.
