Gems TV customer service very frustrating and resizing offer misleading. "Your ring will be resized and returned to you within 10 business day" I think you can tell what my complaint is about. It's been more then 10 business days and I still have no ring. I noticed my credit card had not been charged so I called to check the progress, it was a week since they received the ring.
