We got our house cleaned in September this year when we moved from our rental flat to own house. The husband-wife group came initially and convinced us of good cleaning service, and said that they would not touch oven, chimney, carpets etc. in kitchen and we still agreed. They charged us £220 for 3 hrs of cleaning and next day we realised that our house was not even 1 percent clean (was rather messier).
