In September 2009 I ordered a sample coffee for $2.00 and billed $41.70. I immediately cancelled the order and received a confirmation refund via e-mail. After 3 months and no refund I received another refund confirmation saying I will be credited 3-5 business days--It has been 2 weeks and no refund--I try to call and all i get s circyuits busy or too busy-I leave messages but no return calls. I have called everyday for 2 weeks straight and no call backs and no refund. They are the worst in the business of fraud and deception and i can't even locate where they are to file a formal complaint. read full review »
