Century Link, may well be the missing link between ignorance and failure. I was prepared to become a life long customer with new home. Tech leaves my home with dial tone in only one room and says he is out of modems ! !...I call to complain and am told it will be 75.00 for first 15 minutes to 'check', not fix problem.
