I made a photobook for my vacation photos with Inkubook, never received the book. Waited 3-4 weeks. I don't know if it was a problem with UPS - I have no idea. Supposedly it was delivered here and then sent back to Inkubook (the shipper). UPS said the receiver "refused the package, " I don't understand how that can be unless Inkubook sent it to the wrong address. I sent emails to their "customer support" to have it either reshipped or to give me a refund. I was told that reshipping was "not possible"... read full review »
