Dear Sir, I purchased goods worth Rs. 3500/- approximately from Reliance super store in Ludhiana, Punjab in September, 2009 and was told by the store staff that I have qualified for a gift scheme by the store wherein I was entitled to get a set of six beautiful glasses and a set of Karahis (wok). They further told me to collect the same in November, 2009.
