I stay in Mumbai and unfortunately hold a reliance mobile no 9022028302. Despite my several complains they are continuously and consistantly cheating me for many months. Even their nodal officer is not acknowledging the reciept of complains. Following is the summary of problem: Without my consent they activated some cricket packs and started deducting Rs 5 every day.
