Purchased a DVD, almost immediately received an email stating the profuct was on backorder. Decided I didn't want to wait for the product, so I followed the Cancel and refund my credit card link. The page was blank! After about five more emails with the same message, I contacted the phone number listed on all of their correspondence. I got a human being who processed my cancellation.
