Comcast 's customer service is the worst of any company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Wait times are excruciating, the maze of automatic options is terrible to navigate and when dealing with a person they frequently forward your problem on to some other person so they don't have to deal with it, leaving you to then explain your problem all over again. Comcast has no desire to make the customer happy. When Verizon becomes available in my area I will happily switch, even if the performance were not better and even if it were more expensive. read full review »
