I canceled our Direct TV service after a year. I mailed them back their receiver and got confirmation that my bill was at 0. The next month I received a bill from them stating I owed them $100. for early termination fee. They said I had agreed to keep the service for 2 years not 1. I did not want to keep their lousy service for another year and never agreed to 2 years. They now have a collection agency after me trying to collect the $100 fee I refuse to pay. read full review »
