I ordered a box set and got an email to say it was on back order. Decided to cancel-they didn't reply. the item was sent on out. Bad copies and I have tried to contact them to send the items back and have had no response in email or by phone. Avoid this company at all costs! I am going to try and take this further. I'm so annoyed I didn't release this before hand. read full review »
