Why are these people allowed to continue to do business? It appears that they are a bunch of crooks. I placed an order for a box set in Dec. 2007 and was charged, but no DVD's. I too received the back order emails, and when I tried to call the customer service #, it does not even attempt to ring. I also sent an email to inquire about the status of my order and have heard nothing. What a waste of my money, and they have my credit card info!! read full review »
