I was hit by a driver with AllState Insurance. A cop witnessed the entire accident and wrote up a report stating the AllState driver hit me and that her insurance would claim liability and cover damages. I was given a claim number as well as a claims adjuster to handle my situation. It has been over 3 weeks that my car has been sitting at the body shop and I have not been given a rental and I have never received a call from an AllState party.
