Ordered whole bean coffee from Global Coffee Direct back in July 2009. Received the order and all was well. Four days later received another order (didn't request this one). Within the next 12 days received four MORE orders and ALL at nearly 40 dollars a clip. Contacted (and actually got to speak with a human) the company and supposedly I would receive a refund for the FIVE orders that I refused and sent back. Well, it never happened.
