I will never order from justflowers.com and will tell everyone I know about the terrible lack of customer service. This inept company will not even reveal the name of the owner or president of their company. I currently have a dispute in negotiation with my credit card company for refund of payment due to defective products being delivered. There is no point in going over the details, I can't take the additional stress. Suffice it to say, the last few days have been a nightmare in dealing with these people over the phone. They have no idea how to treat a customer. I am determined to find out who owns this company and give them a piece of my mind. read full review »
