I have tried to get someone to respond to "ARE my DVDs still on backorder? Unavailable? or What's going on" I ordered in August 2009, got a email that my order was on backorder but woulf go out in 2-5 weeks, October goes by with no DVD arrival, November I start emailing ---NO RESPONSE--, December is here, I email more from 3 different accounts failing to reach a person.
