i have booked my cylinder - refill end of last month. i am yet to receive aresponsible reply frm my gas agency..my first cylinder is running out of gas . every day when i call -they say they r sending it in the evening but in vain - my consumer number is 9657 - yesterday the man who spoke to me on behalf of the agency asked me to go ahead n complain if thats wat i wanted . will the authorities do some thing abt this? my agency is - venkateshwara gas agency- annanagar west chennai -40 rajani.k read full review »
