I've been trying for 3 months to know if I qualify for a loan modification with Wells Fargo and ever since I have been lied and cheated on. The first time, I was denied because they supposedly never received a fax with the additional information they were looking for. I still have the confirmation page from Staples... So, what I was told after this fiasco was to send the information by mail (which I did; registered) and call a couple of days later to make sure it was received.
