For five years I have been subjected to harassment in Dutchess County NY because four people stole our legal mailing address.In 1999 the County FORCED us to change our address so they could put 911 calling in Dutchess County.( I have 6 copies of the paperwork FORCING us to change our address) Of course we followed the law and changed our address. In 2002 4 people illegally began using our address. I have tried to get help from 3 sheriffs and 2 state police officers.
