I ordered this item via the internet. Got a card in the mail saying it would be backordered. I received the item about a week later. I NEVER opened the box, as I had been thrown from a horse a few days earlier. My husband is a physical therapist and suggested I DO NOT use the product because of the probability of further injuring myself.
