Hello, I would like to share my bad experiecnce of Emirates air lines staff rude and very bad attitude. I was flying from Doha to Bangalore on 27th May 2009 with my family (Father, My wife, and 2 Kids including me 5 persons). My baggae was excess of 7kg. which is excess of 1.4kg for each. The ground staff (Indian guys ) were asking me to pay for the excess of baggage. I said I travel regularly in your air lines, so considere me, they replied that, No we have order to charge even for 1Kg. I said how come if devide this 7 kg to 5 it will come... read full review »
