Dear Sir, I am Dipmala Pal, holding credit card of HDFC Bank.Every month I pay the minimum amount.But this collection department of kasturba road branch, bangalore keep on calling and speaking so rude.As earlier also i told them that only once i can pay in the month as per my salary. these people force me to pay again and again, even they call to my parents and harrash them also.Please, do the needfull.
