I'd like to review Hotel Carter in New York. I had a VERY limited budget for my trip to New York and didn't want to waste a lot of money on lodging while I was there and I wanted to be as centrally located as possible. Not really knowing anything about New York I chose Hotel Carter based on the rates offered online. The hotel has rooms for less than $200 a night and if you book online you get an even better deal, my room was about $125 per night.
