I returned an item to Cymax (at my expense) in July, 2009. I have complied with all of their requests in order to receive credit for the returned merchandise. I have ten email messages from them in which I have complied with all of their requests. Cymax has told me that their accounting department assured them that the credit has gone through, however, my credit card company continues to tell me that they have never received the credit.
