I had an appointment 12/18/09, at 12:10, when I arrived at 12:03, I was informed my appointment had been given away since I did not call and confirm. On 12/17/09, there was a message left on my home answering machine stating I needed to call and confirm my appointment by 5PM. I did not get home from work or receive the message until 5:10PM.
