I cancelled my trial product on the 30th day of my 30 day offer. Your company had already charged my account and sent my next bottle of Colnx, and charged my account $ 89.95. I was told to send in the bottle and I would receive a refund in 2-4 weeks. You received my product in the 1st week of November, and I was told that my refund would be processed within 2-4 weeks.
