DO NOT ORDER FROM CYMAX!! I ordered a Christmas present for my son from them on December 6th, never received tracking information, so I called and emailed customer service several times with no response. I finally called and CANCELLED my order on Dec. 16th when I was pretty clear that I wasn't going to get my order in time for Christmas. After canceling my order I received an email that it shipped that day but they can't give me a tracking number??
