We had purchased Fujitsu Laptops in June '08 & Sept '08. Both the laptops had the same problem. Monitor (screen) start flickering as soon as it is put on. So these laptops were send to Redington India Ltd.- Fujitsu Service Centre in Andheri for repair on 5th Nov'09 and 14th Nov'09 respectively. Till now the laptops has been repaired. Many contacts with the executive Ms. Mamta fell on deaf ears. No response till now . They only kept on telling that the part has to come from Chennai. Please can the company help out ?? What to be done next?? Or else exchange with new ones!! read full review »
