Serious lack of care from a healthcare service. Had an appointment for a contact lens evaluation today. I was only 5 minutes late due to traffic and when I arrived, I was told that they had let the person whose appointment was after mine go first as they had arrived first. Fuming but understanding, I relented. Knowing that they usually took 30 mins or more to attend to an appointment, I then told them that I would go out and grab a bite first.
