The reliance mobile (Service provider) has been activating caller tunes on my connection on their own (without my request) and deducting money from my prepaid account for this. Evertime I am making request for deactivation of this service. They always confirm that the service has been deactivated but again they activate it and charge my account. Repeated complaints on their toll free numbers *333 have no effect on them. They even do not register any complaint and give any complaint number. They say this is not a complaint.
