I called to cancel - price getting too high AND since I've had DirectTV I have had to reset the satellite over and over again.<br /> I got some run around and 'customer service' just keeps talking and offering this and that. I was not in a contract and I owned my own equipment (which was offered as a start in 06 and must have been old stuff to begin with thru store and installed thru store and rebate and gift card thru store).
