I've been banking with TD Bank for over 5 years. Back in October 2009, they had a system error which delayed transactions, direct deposits and especially, lack of customer service. I've been told the only branch to be helpful is the one you opened the account with which was Garden City. When I made the call and explained what the problem was, they insisted 'there is no system failure and we can not return the overdraft fees'.
