Wells Fargo STINKS! My husband lost his job of 21 years and I applied for the Home Affordable Modification Program. I sent all the paperwork they requested (at least a dozen times). They finally sent me a letter saying I was accepted into the program on a 3 month "trial period." It has now been 3 months and they are sending me letters threatening foreclosure. How can they do that?? They chose my new monthly payment and they are the ones bank drafting my payment monthly! How can they say it is late when they bank draft it monthly!
