twich i have recharged with Rs.66/- for providing facility of one paise for second charge, but it was not provided to my cell number 9949803349. on enquiry the shop holder asked me to contact 121 number. on this number no customer care executive is coming to answer. Earlier this facility is availble in airtel, now it was not existed. hence you are requested as to why this service is not provided to my cell. The shop owners, who recharged are not giving proper response. please expedite the issue at the earliest. read full review »
