I would like to complain regarding unlawful practice of disrupting the clients account without proper procedure. I just find out that my credit card account number 4028 XXXX XXXX XXXX is currently blocked due to information mismatched and they are asking for valid identification that time – which I did not make the call last December 10, 2009. The problem is that the credit card is blocked with no one ever tried calling from HSBC customer service to inform me about the problem.
