As a regular customer of ASDA on on line, I purchased my Xmas shopping and booked one of the few remaining delivery slots Sat 19th december 7 - 9pm It didn't turn up. The driver called to say that due to bad weather he would not be able to make it, but we would get a call on Sunday and they would arrange to drop off the shopping. Sunday morning, we heard nothing.
