I purchased 14K gold yellow diamond earrings from them recently. Received them and they were smaller then I anticipated so I put them back in the box and shipped them back out to GemsTV the next morning. I never tried them on. I just received my package back from them stating that the tags were missing. this is a flat out lie. I returned them with the tags...then somehow they say the tags were missing.
