I contacted this firm for a loan modification. I was told it would cost $3500 up front but if they couldn't help us, we would receive a refund of all but $500 (for administrative fees). We were notified that our home would be auctioned off November 3rd and the Lawyer told us we would have to pay our house payment ($4, 200) plus an extra $300 for a couple of months.
