I ordered a part for a bandsaw online and within a few minutes realized I ordered the wrong part (same part but in a different size). I immediately called up to cancel the order but was told they could not do it because it was entered into an automated system and I would have to wait for the part to be delivered and I had 90 days to return it. The cost of shipping to deliver and return the part is more than the cost of the part. This is the last time I will ever do business with Sears. I did not order the part I really need and will find another company that sells parts. Sears deserves to go bankrupt with service like this! read full review »
