I took a contract with 3. I am having problem with my hand set several times. I did send it for repair sevaral times at 3 repair center. Every times they say it has been repaired but unfortunately I am having the same switching off by itself, the phone freeze and network connection error. when I rang them, they talk very rudely to me.Now they are proposing me and extra six months contract for a new handset and they themselves have agreed that there's a fault in the handset which the representative who rang me today 21/12/09 confirmed... read full review »
