This is for all of you who have gotten no satisfaction: the same thing happened to me, but I reported this to my bank's fraud department and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau last week, and I finally was credited back on my debit account. I had cancelled my debit card, but they can still post a credit and no charges can be made. So, don't waste your time talking to these theives.
